Their operations are centred on Birmingham, and serve stations such as Cardiff, Coventry, Derby Leicester, Lincoln, Liverpool, Manchester Norwich, Nuneaton, Shrewsbury, Stansted Airport, and Telford.

They are owned by the National Express Group.
