Carlos Ferrero
Carlos Ferrero Costa (born
1941) is the current
Prime Minister of
Peru. His predecessor was
Beatriz Merino, who resigned on
December 15,
2003 at the request of President
Alejandro Toledo.
Before he became president, he had been speaker of the Peruvian congress.
