Bow Wow

Shad Gregory Moss (born March 9, 1987) is a rapper who is better known in the music world as Bow Wow. Moss' biological father never saw him, and he was raised by his mother and her husband with his daughter, Erica. He is a native of Columbus, Ohio.

When Moss was five, he started his career in rap, using the monicker Little Gangsta. One year later, he took off front stage during the Chronic tour and impressed rapper Snoop Doggy Dogg. Dogg later hired him as an opening act, and introduced him to Jermaine Dupre, a man who helped shape Moss' career.

He backed up his first album's success with 2001's Doggie Bag, an album that contained such songs as Thank You, and Take You Home.

In addition to his own albums, Bow Wow has participated in Will Smith's album Wild Wild West (named after the movie which also stars Smith), he shot a video with Lizzie McGuire's star Hilary Duff, had a guest appearance on Brandy's show, Moesha, and made his acting debut in a movie named Like Mike, where he acts as a young orphan who gets a shot at the NBA. He is also apparently a good friend of basketball star Allen Iverson, and there were rumors of him dating Kiely Williams, who is a member of singing group 3LW, but he denied any relationship between the two.

Bow Wow, who has changed his nickname from Lil Bow Wow to plain Bow Wow recently (as a sign of adolescence), is an avid autograph signer.
