Bonner Fellers

Bonner F. Fellers, during World War II, was a Colonel who served as the USA military attaché to Cairo, Egypt. He was promoted to Brigadier General and assigned to the Pacific where he served as the Chief of Psychological Operations under General Douglas MacArthur. He was one of the military leadership advocating the utter destruction of Japan as the only way to obtain peace in Asia.
