Addison is a borough located in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. As of the 2000 census, the borough had a total population of 214.

The racial makeup of the borough is 100.00% White, 0.00% African American, 0.00% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 0.00% from other races, and 0.00% from two or more races. 0.47% of the population are Hispanic or Latino of any race. There are 87 households out of which 26.4% have children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.5% are married couples living together, 4.6% have a female householder with no husband present, and 36.8% are non-families. 34.5% of all households are made up of individuals and 20.7% have someone living alone who is 65 years of age or older. The average household size is 2.34 and the average family size is 3.04.
