Abud Sarhan

Abud Sarhan, an Iraqi shepherd, is suing US Army General Franks and Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld; after 17 family members were killed during the 2003 invasion of Iraq; two missiles hit his camp near Al-Altash (also killing 200 sheep) on April 4, 2003. The first hearing was scheduled for July 20, in Ramadi.
